We ship to everywhere in the continental US in addition to other countries as well.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes up to 7 days and you can expect to have your items in your mailbox within 7-14 business days. The total time can be between 7-21 days total dependent upon your location. You will be provided with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What happens if I do not receive my order by the allotted time frame?

What is the origin of my products?
To provide the best prices and product qualities, our products are sourced and shipped directly from distributors around the world. Since we partner with individual factories for different items, items may be shipped separately. However, all prices are listed in USD currency.
What does the pricing of my package mean?
In order to prevent importing taxes from being charged to our customers, we reduce the shown value on the packaging.
How do I pay for my order? It is secure?

Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
I want to cancel my order.
Orders are being sent out as you read this and cannot be canceled while being processed. That's how quick we move!
I need to update shipping address or make other amendments after order has been placed
Due to our quick shipping times, we cannot update your address or make changes once your order has been placed. If we receive your order back as “Return to Sender,” our Returns Department will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the package.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, Branded Royalty does not accept returns as all items are sold exactly as they appear. Like most commercial retailers, jewelry is final sale.
